Services

Prior to the 50-minute consulting session with Ashley Brasseaux, an agent of S2 Groupe (Consultant), Consultant will review your client questionnaire. Consultant will come to the client’s session with marketing and sales strategies to inject cash into your business.

After the 50-minute paid consulting session is complete, Consultant is not obligated to provide additional consulting via email, calls or any other method, unless Client signs up for a new consulting package.

Fee.

Client agrees to pay Consultant a non-refundable payment of $497 (the “Fee”) prior to the start of services.
Procedure.

Consulting will be held over Zoom, and the time of the consulting meeting will be determined by Consultant and Client based on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
Transfers.

Since this consulting session requires the Client to be selected via an application process, the consulting session is not transferable and must be used by the Client.
Limited Liability.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Company be liable to Client for consequential or special damages under this Agreement. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Company’s entire liability under this Agreement and the Client’s exclusive remedy will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company under this Agreement for all services rendered.

This is the entire Agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused their authorized representatives to execute this Agreement as of the date first written above.
